Internal accounting? That’s a good start. Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities? This is what our financial people do all day long. We’re looking for a Financial Analyst (Product Financial Controller) who’ll ensure robust controls are perfectly in place to support Pridepay’s global expansion. A control-oriented mind, who can find a balance between long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day hands on work.

what you’ll be doing
- Working closely with the Treasury, Accounting, Product, and International expansion teams, ensuring robust controls are in place to support Pridepay’s global expansion
- Ensuring all relevant data is covered and reconciled
- Ensuring any reconciliation breaks are thoroughly investigated and remediated on a timely basis, considering both tactical and strategic initiatives
- Providing reconciled data for accountants and regulators
- Ensuring the efficient operation of a robust control environment within Pridepay
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Understanding the valuation inputs for the assets and liabilities on the balance sheet and being in a position to challenge the findings
what you'll need
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment in the Tech, Financial Services, or Banking sector
- A good understanding of SQL
- The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day and hands-on doing
- The ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and accurately to all levels
- A confident self-starter attitude
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

compensation range
- UK: £3,000 - £3,200 gross monthly*

Each area of the department works like special forces: from prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments with super solution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at breakneck speed
We’re looking for an Account Manager to ensure absolutely excellent experience of our customers. A quick learner who’ll follow and iterate playbooks and processes to serve customers in the most efficient and effective way possible. A skilled problem solver who know how to drive increased value by upselling and cross selling.

what you’ll be doing
- Educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices
- Analyzing campaign performance data to offer clients data driven insights
- Conducting regular business reviews
- Efficiently and effectively managing a book of high value customers
- Solving customer issues, escalating where required
- Achieving gross profit targets through effective cross sell and up sell
- Working with product teams to implement consistent customer feedback
what you'll need
- 2+ years working in Account Management or Customer Success in a top blue chip or advertising services company
- Proven track record of exceeding customer retention and profitability targets
- Ability to learn incredibly quickly in a fast paced environment, including technical details
- Flawless English and business fluency in at least one of Spanish, French or German
- Excellent communication and skilled stakeholder management

what you’ll be doing
- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Pridepay's hyper growth
- Leading and executing (end to end) core infrastructure projects

- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university

We’re looking for a Consumer Communications Manager who’ll increase Pridepay’s brand awareness across an evolving earned media landscape. A Public Relations master to build exceptional relationships with Tier 1 media outlets. Someone who knows how to build solid relationships with the external environment and thrives to work in a highly dynamic team.
what you’ll be doing
- Working closely with the local head of growth and the global head of comms to further grow Pridepay’s user base in the US and promote key brand messages in the market
- Building tight relationships with key personal finance, consumer and technology journalists and media
- From product launches to thought leadership, building out a local strategy for your market
- Securing regular coverage for the company across print, online and broadcast media
- Securing keynote speaking positions for the company at national conferences
- Working in conjunction with Global Corporate Communications team to manage crisis management in your market
what you'll need
- Demonstrable experience working in Public Relations (either in-house or agency)
- Strong relationships with consumer, personal finance and tech journalists at national news organisations

Supporting all areas of the company and assessing financial implications from various key strategic decisions and growth opportunities – this is what our financial people do all day long. You'll be exposed to the implementation of robust financial controls, cross-regional legal entity collaboration and the development of scalable accounting automation, and being an all-round technical accounting whizz, to support our teams across the globe.
what you’ll be doing
- Assisting in the month-end activities and preparation of management accounts of the Securities entity
- Management accounting, financial and regulatory reporting and providing commercial and operational management information to support rapid global expansion
- Owning the general ledger and build an objective understanding for all its underlying transactions
- Delivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process - both via automation and control
- Preparing year-end-accounts and statutory accounts, and ensuring compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS accounting standards
- Assisting in tax and regulatory reporting requirements to the regulators, including CMS forms
- The alignment of financial data for the region from various finance ERP systems, including roll out, harmonizing business processes and providing visibility of operations across the products
- Building a highly scalable and efficient accounting and finance function
what you'll need
- 5+ years of post qualified experience in finance functions, preferably with experience within a financial service company within cross-functional and multinational teams
- Strong accounting knowledge, with proven experience within Singapore FRS and IFRS
- Strong experience of month end close, financial and regulatory reporting
- Experience in process automation and control optimization - both functional requirements through to system go-live
- Experience in working with high volumes of transactional data into financial analytics and/or financial reporting processes including, for example, data extraction, mapping, hierarchies and transformation. Both building or maintaining/improving data driven processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to unravel complex accounting queries
- Excellent organization skills: ability to plan and organize work so that it is efficient and effective
- The ability to comprehend and narrate financial records for external stakeholders
- Strong punctuality and time management skills
- Excellent documentation and spreadsheet skills
- Positive attitude: ‘can do’ approach and willing to give everything a go from manual processing to larger projects
